Echo Pharmaceuticals is specialized in the isolation and purification of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC or Dronabinol) and other cannabinoids from Cannabis Sativa L. via proprietary knowledge. The isolation process takes place in a controlled laboratory environment. Echo is capable of isolating individual cannabinoids and can also isolate active ingredients from other natural materials.

Echo Pharmaceuticals offers a wide range of cannabinoids in different quantities and degrees of purity. Some rare cannabinoids are only available in mg quantities for use as a reference standard.

Formulation technology

Echo Pharmaceuticals is equipped to research whether any random lipophilic active compound can be formulated into a suitable administration form using its patented formulation technology.

Echo Pharmaceuticals can subsequently supply third parties with a desired batch of the formulated product. If required, Echo Pharmaceuticals has at their disposal a cleanroom facility where sufficient production volumes can be manufactured according to GMP to be introduced into clinical trials.

Purification technology

The Echo Pharmaceuticals' techniques, which were developed during the purification of delta-9-THC, can also be applied to purify other compounds and/or active ingredients from other plant materials, as well as synthetic cannabinoids arising from other processes.
